This 30-minute session offers a practical reset, combining simple, science-backed breathing techniques with gentle insights into how modern habits including our relationship with technology can impact focus, energy, and emotional balance. 

You will be guided to shift out of stress mode and into a state of calm and clarity, while also exploring a few realistic, supportive habits to help reduce overstimulation in daily life.

Laura is a certified Health Coach and Breathwork Instructor, and the founder of Loving Living Well. With a 20-year career in events, much of it working alongside scientific researchers. Laura developed a deep interest in health, nutrition, and the science of wellbeing.

Following her own experience with burnout and long-term health challenges after Covid, Laura retrained with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. This journey led her to discover the transformative power of breathwork, which became a key tool in rebuilding her resilience, energy, and sense of balance.

Today, Laura supports high-achieving individuals in moving from burnout to balance through breathwork and personalised wellbeing practices. Her approach is grounded in science, shaped by lived experience, and focused on helping people create sustainable habits that truly fit their lives.
