Vandana Subramanian is a healthcare investor and two-time exited oncology founder with 22 years of experience building, scaling and investing in healthcare, diagnostics, precision medicine and life sciences businesses across the UK, Europe, India and the United States.
As a founder and executive leader, she has built and scaled businesses spanning oncology diagnostics, therapeutics and healthcare innovation, working across clinical, commercial and investment ecosystems. Her experience combines company creation, commercial scale-up, fundraising, strategic transactions and venture investing.
Today, Vandana focuses on healthcare investing, supporting founders and investment platforms across healthcare, life sciences, diagnostics, women’s health and healthcare AI. Through Rainmatter and THENA Capital, she contributes to investment strategy, company evaluation, portfolio value creation and ecosystem development across the UK, Europe and India.
