Join us as we welcome three exceptional leaders who are shaping the future of healthcare innovation and transformation across the NHS and beyond;

• Jessica Thomas, Director of Solutions at UCLPartners, brings over 15 years of experience in business development and transformation leadership. She works closely with startups at the intersection of innovation, partnership, and commercialisation — helping turn promising ideas into scalable, system-wide impact.
• Luke O’Shea has held senior roles across the Department of Health and NHS England, including Director of Clinical Policy, and spent over eight years as Director of Transformation at UCLH. His experience spans national policymaking to frontline service redesign, giving him a unique perspective on delivering meaningful and sustainable change across the NHS.
• Sean Palmer, Portfolio Lead at the UCLH Digital Innovation Hub, previously spent a decade at the Department of Health and Social Care as a Senior Strategy Advisor. He brings expertise in health systems strategy and in navigating pilots and proof-of-concept projects to support successful implementation within the NHS.
