Scale Smarter: A Founder’s Guide to Growth is a practical evening for tech startup founders navigating their next stage of growth. Delivered in partnership with Founders X - a community of 1,400+ underrepresented founders, hosting events for the startup and scale-up ecosystem across the UK. Moving beyond theory and hype, the event focuses on the realities founders face when turning early traction into repeatable, sustainable growth.

 

At the heart of the evening is a focused session on founder-led sales - one of the most critical (and often misunderstood) drivers of early growth. This practical session breaks down ten of the most common sales mistakes founders make when trying to win their first customers, from pricing and positioning to discovery calls and closing. Alongside this, founders will have the opportunity to connect with a diverse mix of peers, operators and advisors, with mentorship and guidance booths available throughout the night.
